📝 Terms & Conditions – Pickleball & Padel Tournament

📅 Event Overview

This tournament is organized exclusively for members and will include the following categories:

  • Men’s Padel Doubles

  • Mixed Padel Doubles

  • Women’s Pickleball Doubles

  • Mixed Pickleball Doubles

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is By Invite Only. Particapation will be confirmed by the organizers once the pre registration form is filled.

  • Players must register in advance via the official form.

  • Participants may register for a maximum of one categories only to avoid scheduling

2. Registration & Fees

  • Limited Slots are available, and Entry is On a First Come First Serve Basis only.

  • Substitutions may be allowed at the discretion of the organizers in case of injury or emergency.

3. Match Rules

  • All matches will be played according to the official rules of the respective sport:

    • Padel: FIP or WPA guidelines

    • Pickleball: USA Pickleball Association rules

  • Format and scoring (knockout / round robin) will be decided based on number of entries per category.

  • Matches may be shortened or modified at the discretion of the organizers in case of weather delays or scheduling constraints.

4. Equipment & Attire

  • Players must wear appropriate court shoes and sports attire.

  • Balls and basic match equipment will be provided.

  • Players are encouraged to bring their own paddles/rackets.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Fair play, sportsmanship, and respect for officials and fellow players is expected at all times.

  • Unsportsmanlike conduct, use of abusive language, or any form of misconduct may result in disqualification.

  • The decision of the tournament referee/organizer shall be final and binding.

6. Injury & Liability Waiver

  • All participants compete at their own risk.

  • The club and tournament organizers will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tournament.

  • First aid will be provided on-site; however, it is recommended that players carry personal medical kits if needed.

7. Photography & Media

  • By participating, players consent to the use of their photographs/videos for club promotional purposes (social media, newsletters, etc.).

  • Any objections must be communicated in writing prior to the event.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or modify the format.

  • Any event changes will be communicated via email/WhatsApp to all registered players.

9. Disputes & Decisions

  • Any disputes or appeals must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes of the match.

  • The organizing committee’s decision will be final and not subject to further appeal.
